In MACROSS world, "fold" navigation is depicted as a fascinating warp technology that connects far-flung space-times. The long-awaited VF-25 Messiah Valkyrie has been released in a clear version, recreating the image of fold navigation. This is not just a clear molding, but the exterior surface is coated with a special holographic coating to recreate the image of the fantastic rainbow-colored glow seen in fold space. It is a highly satisfying model, both as a representation of the character in the film and as a finished product. The name "Fold Clear Ver." was given its official name by Shoji Kawamori, general director of Macross Frontier Frontier and in charge of Valkyrie design, when he supervised the actual product sample. |
