Please tell the cashier at the directly managed store that you would like to pay with Premium Bandai Pay. At the store, go to the "Pay/Charge at Store" page from your Premium Bandai My Page, display the Premium Bandai Pay QR code on your smartphone screen, and hold it over the reader installed at the cash register.
If you are using the Premium Bandai Pay app, open the app home screen, display the QR code, and hold it over the reader installed at the register.
Top up your balance at a Seven Bank ATM
Download the Premium Bank Pay app and then use it at Seven Bank ATMs.
Follow the instructions to charge your balance to Premium Pay.

Charge your balance at Tamashii Nations directly managed stores
Please tell the cashier at the directly managed store that you would like to charge with Premium Bandai Pay. Select your payment method from "Charge online" on your My Page.
[Convenience store payment]
・Seven-Eleven
(Accepted at the cash register, up to 30,000 yen per transaction)
・Family Mart (Famiport terminal)
・Lawson (Loppi terminal)
・Ministop (only stores with Loppi installed)
・Daily Yamazaki (accepted at the cash register)
・Seico Mart (accepted at the cash register)
Please enter the customer number, confirmation number, and other information listed in the email into the convenience store terminal (FamiPort, Loppi, etc.) to issue an application ticket, then hand it over to the cashier to make payment.
*If you are at Seico Mart, please tell the cashier that you would like to "pay online."
[Pay-easy payment]
Select "Pay-easy" from the menu screen of an ATM or online bank that supports Pay-easy, follow the instructions on the screen, enter the information provided in the email, such as the collection agency number, customer number, and confirmation number, and make the payment.
[Credit card payment]
We have introduced 3D Secure when charging with a credit card. You cannot deposit with cards that are not registered or compatible with 3D Secure (including debit cards and prepaid cards). Please register 3D Secure for your card (see the link for instructions) or use another payment method.
