What is Gunpla?

These are plastic models of the mobile suits, robots called mobile armor, and battleships that appear in the "Mobile Suit Gundam" series.
Since the birth of the 1/144 Gundam in 1980, a total of 700 million units have been sold as of May 2020, the 40th anniversary of the series.
To further ensure our commitment to quality and responsiveness to the market, Gunpla is currently produced domestically at the Bandai Hobby Center in Shizuoka, the "city of hobby." From planning and development to production, the entire process is carried out domestically.
