<Notes on applying for lottery sale>

Please check the product page for the application period, winner announcement, and period during which payment, delivery address, and delivery date/time can be changed.

How to apply

・To apply, you must register as a Premium Bandai member (free of charge).

・Please complete the procedure on the product page during the application period for the lottery sale you wish to attend.

・Applications are limited to one per person.

・Applications will not be accepted after the application period has ended, or via telephone, fax, letter or email.

Application Notes

・We cannot accept cancellations of applications after the application period has ended or cancellations of orders after you have been selected.
If you wish to cancel your lottery application, please do so through your My Page during the application period.

Winner Announcement

・The announcement date will vary depending on the lottery product. Please check the schedule on the product page.

・The results will be notified by email only to successful applicants. (Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified by email.)

・If your registered address is a mobile phone or smartphone, please make sure you allow emails from "@p-bandai.jp" in advance.

・We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of the lottery. Please check the results yourself on your My Page.

- The right to win belongs to the applicant and cannot be transferred to a third party.

・If there are transaction restrictions in place on Premium Bandai, your winning rights will be invalidated even after you have won.

Order acceptance and payment methods

・Once your win is confirmed, your order will be automatically reflected on your My Page.

・You can pay in advance by credit card or by Premium Bandai Pay (payment at the time of application).
Payment methods vary depending on the lottery item, so please check the application page.

・In the case of [Credit card prepayment]
When you apply for the lottery, your card's credit will be obtained, and once your selection is confirmed, your [Credit Card Prepayment] payment will be confirmed immediately. If you are not selected or your application is canceled, your credit will be released without confirmation of payment.
Once you have been selected, you cannot change your payment method.

・In the case of [Pre-Ban Pay (payment at time of application)]
When applying for the lottery, you will need to charge the required amount (product price including tax + shipping fee).
The balance will be deducted immediately upon application, but if you are unsuccessful or your application is canceled, it will be returned to your Premium Banned Pay balance. *Debits and refunds will not be recorded in your Premium Banned Pay balance history.
Please note that cash refunds are not available.
Once you have been selected, you cannot change your payment method.

Orders will be shipped to the home address you have registered as a member.
If you move after applying, please change your membership registration information by the day before the lottery date.
FAQ:I want to change my registration information

・Even after you have won, you can change the shipping address as long as it is before we start preparing the product for shipping.
Please make the changes via your My Page within 3 days, including the day of the winning.
FAQ:I want to specify/change the delivery address and delivery time for my ordered items

[Shipping Notes]

Once shipping preparation has begun, we cannot accept changes to the payment method or shipping address.

Orders will be packed and shipped in cardboard.

Please note that we cannot exchange or exchange items if the shipping cardboard or product packaging is damaged or crushed.

Products are only shipped within Japan.
