From "Kamen Rider Gaim," which began airing on the TV Asahi network on Sunday, October 6, 2013 and will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Friday, October 6, 2023, the transformation belt "Genesis Driver" and transformation item "Energy Lockseed" will be commercialized as part of the CSM series.
The "CSM Genesis Driver" is a set that includes the Genesis Driver, five types of Energy Lockseeds, and the Kill Process Activation Device.
The Genesis Driver has been redesigned and colored to match the suit prop. It is fully painted, and the lock-on arm is made of zinc die-cast, giving it a luxurious look and feel. It also comes with a dialogue button, sound effect button, and BGM button, allowing you to enjoy various scenes from the movie through sound. By changing the internal structure, the "physical sound that occurs when the handle grip returns," which was a characteristic of the DX version, has been quieted down, and the transformation and special move sounds have been improved to be easier to hear. In addition, the cup in the center is equipped with about 100 LEDs, and the liquid effects that were used in the movie are expressed with LED animation. LEDs are also installed above and below the tube connected to the cup, making it possible to express the liquid flowing into the cup.
The included kill process activation device transmits infrared light to the Genesis Driver, which then emits a "destruction sound." The Genesis Driver is then destroyed and cannot be operated. (Restarting the power will return it to normal.)
In addition, the voice lines of the seven cast members who used the Genesis Driver in the movie are recorded. All of the audio was recorded specifically for CSM. In addition, a large amount of background music is also included. Including songs that are not included in the soundtrack, impressive background music has been recorded. A "standby mode" that automatically plays background music when transforming is also implemented.
The included Energy Lockseeds are a lineup of five types: Melon Energy Lockseed, Lemon Energy Lockseed, Cherry Energy Lockseed, Peach Energy Lockseed, and Dragon Fruit Energy Lockseed. The shape and color scheme have been renewed to match the suit prop, and the protrusions for screws, the toy markings on the back, and the holes for the meat have been omitted. In addition, the locking structure of the lid has been changed, and the structure for locking the seal surface that was in the DX version has been eliminated.
The transformation sounds have also been updated to include "Arms falling sounds" and "Arms deploying sounds" to improve the reproduction of the scenes in the movie, and the sounds of the special moves have also been changed to match the scenes in the movie. In addition, it is possible to switch between three different modes, and the sound effects change depending on the mode. Some of the cast voices, such as the "Transform!" calls of each rider, are also included, and the Melon Energy Lockseed and Lemon Energy Lockseed each feature calls for two users.
The Energy Lockseed can also be used to recreate the Jimber Arms by setting it in the Genesis Core of the already released "CSM Sengoku Driver".
