To commemorate the 30th anniversary of "Mobile Fighter G Gundam," which aired from 1994 to 1995, a collaboration hanten has been released with Miyata Orimono, a cotton fabric manufacturer in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which started out as a Kurume Kasuri weaver and began making padded hanten in 1965!

This hanten has been made with a slightly more modern material, color and shape, and is a refined, retro model that has been redesigned based on the long-standing style of padded hanten, with the sleeves cut out.

The outer material is made of "Nadeshiko," a Japanese cotton with an impressive sashiko pattern. Everything from weaving to stuffing is done in-house in Japan, and the cotton is stuffed and stitched carefully by hand, one piece at a time.
The back features a dynamic brushstroke touch, combining God Gundam and a dragon, creating an impactful design with a Japanese feel.
