The cakes are made with care and under strict quality and hygiene control by Frecheur Co., Ltd. (Seki City, Gifu Prefecture).
Our cakes are flash frozen while still fresh, and then securely packaged to ensure they are delivered to you while maintaining their flavor and shape.
Before you start thawing, you can store it in the freezer (below -18℃)! If your plans change, you can adjust the date of consumption within the expiration date.
When defrosting, leave it in the case (tray and cover) it was delivered in and defrost slowly in the "refrigerator compartment" rather than at room temperature. This will allow you to enjoy the same delicious taste as if it were freshly made, without compromising the flavor and texture of the sponge, cream, fruit, etc.
Please consume as soon as possible after thawing.
