■ Application requirements

• ・To apply, you must register as PREMIUM BANDAI member (free of charge).
  Those who are already registered as PREMIUM BANDAI members can also apply.

• ・Submitted works must be unpublished original works created by the artist himself/herself.
• ・Works that depict a specific character will not be eligible to win.
• ・We cannot accept cancellations or modifications to submitted works or content.
• ・Each person can submit up to two works once.
• ・Please refrain from posting personal information.
• ・Submitted works may be used on television, the web, social media, magazines, and at events. Television includes terrestrial broadcasting in Japan and overseas, satellite broadcasting (BS/CS), and cable broadcasting (rebroadcasts), while the web includes video distribution sites such as YouTube.
• ・If the submitted work is selected, the copyright and other intellectual property rights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) of the work (including any derivative works of materials provided by BANDAI SPIRITS (hereinafter referred to as "our company")) will belong to our company. In addition, the applicant shall not exercise any moral rights in relation to the work. Furthermore, compensation for the transfer of rights will be provided in the form of a prize as stipulated by our company.
• - Entrants will retain rights to works that are not selected, but will not be able to assert rights or file objections against our company or our group based on any rights that may arise in relation to those works, even after the submission.
• ・If the submitted work is identical or similar to a previously published work, or if it infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party (including cases where the infringement occurs after the submission), the award may be revoked even after the winners have been announced. In addition, if a third party files a complaint or objection on the grounds that the submitted work infringes rights, the applicant shall be responsible for resolving the matter.
• - We cannot answer inquiries regarding the site or products submitted through the application Form.
• ・Please note that we may end or change this contest without notifying customers.

■ Application period

July 23, 2024 (Tuesday) 10:00 to August 20, 2024 (Tuesday) 15:00

■How to apply

• ・Please apply during the contest period using the dedicated Form on your PC or mobile phone/smartphone.
• ・Each person can submit up to two works once.

Notes after application

• ・If any of the following conditions apply, your application will be disqualified.
• If you cancel your membership before the winner is announced
• If the application or registration information contains false information
• Any other case that the Company considers to be fraudulent

■ Winner Announcement

• ・The winners will be announced on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
• ・Winners will be notified of the results via their registered email address.
  Please note that if you are unsuccessful, we will not contact you by email.
• ・If your registered address is a mobile phone or smartphone, please allow emails from "＠p-bandai.jp".
• - Regarding the "Participation Prize", the lottery will be open to those who meet the application requirements and apply during the contest period.
• ・To find out whether you have won the "Participation Prize," please check the results on the "Shopping Information > Campaign" screen in your My Page.
• ・We cannot answer inquiries regarding results.
• - The right to win belongs to the applicant and cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for other money or goods.
• ・If there are transaction restrictions in place on Premium Bandai, your winning rights will be invalidated even after you have won.
• - If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other activity that we deem inappropriate, we may invalidate your contest winnings.

■About the prizes

[Premium Points]

• ・Premium points that can be used at PREMIUM BANDAI will be awarded according to the prize: [50,000pt] [30,000pt] [10,000pt] [5,000pt].
• - The expiration date of the premium points awarded can be checked on PREMIUM BANDAI My Page under "Shopping Information > Point History."
• ・Premium points awarded cannot be exchanged for cash.
• - If you violate PREMIUM BANDAI membership terms and conditions, your winnings will be void.
• ・Points validity period: One year from the day after the last point was used/acquired.
• ・Expired points cannot be restored.

[Participation prize: 500 yen coupon]

• ・Coupon valid until March 31, 2025 (Monday)
• ・Winners can check the coupons they have been granted on the "Shopping Information > Coupons" screen in their My Page.
• ・The coupon will expire after the expiration date. Please note that expired coupons cannot be used.
