I felt the "seriousness" of the people who made it. When I saw the sample, I was surprised at how serious they were. The release of the previous CSM Decade Driver was a strange event to me in the first place. When I heard that they were going to make another product for "MASKED RIDER DECADE," which has been on the air for a long time, and that it was for "adults," I was surprised that they were taking such a bold step. I am surprised and happy that a new product has been born seven years later.
The metallic feel of the circle in the center is of the same quality as the previous CSM. Also, what caught my eye was that the clear parts in the center, which were previously transparent, are now "red". This is the same image as the belt MASKED RIDER DECADE was wearing at the time of filming. I thought the previous CSM was pretty impressive, but this ver.2 has an even more "luxurious" feel to it.

When I received and read the recording script, I was surprised at how many lines there were. It's pretty hard for me to act, but the effort of the person who extracted this many lines from all the episodes and compiled them into the script must have been immeasurable (laughs). This is not an easy thing to do. I was more interested in what kind of thoughts went into putting in such a large amount of lines. I felt a strong desire to make the best product possible, so I was determined to make it the best possible product.

In order to reproduce the same dialogue, I listened to the audio from the TV series as a model, and every time I listened to each line, I remembered the old days. I remembered the content and rhythm of some of the lines, so the recording itself went smoothly without any problems. Sometimes the way I divided the words was incorrect, and they were checked immediately and we had to re-record, but the attention to detail from the person in charge was just amazing. Thanks to that, I think we were able to record lines that were highly polished, to the point that I could say I'd done everything I could as Decade = Kadoya Tsukasa.

This time, I realized that Tsukasa really has a lot of "long lines". There are many "lectures" that he delivers to his enemies. In episode 3, he says, "No... this man fights so that no one has to fight! Even if I fall into darkness, I want to make someone smile. I believe that! If he protects people's smiles, I will protect his smile! Do you know, his smile is not bad?" It's a long one. This time, there are quite a few "lectures" that Tsukasa delivered in the world of riders that he traveled through in the TV series, so please look forward to it. As for catchphrases, the one that left the biggest impression on me was "I'm just a passing Kamen Rider, remember that! Transform!" Since it's a line that symbolizes Tsukasa, I tried to make it as close as possible to the way he said it at the time.

It's the line "Natsumi..., Yusuke..., Kaito..." from "Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider W & Decade Movie War 2010". Tsukasa is just calling out his comrades' names, but it's filled with emotion, and it's one of my favorite scenes. The moment he said it, all the memories I had while filming the movie suddenly came back to me. There's also a line in "Kamen Rider x Super Sentai Super Hero Wars" where he says "Rider and Super Sentai. The one who loses this battle will perish", and if you just take that line out, it's quite an incredible thing to say (laughs). It's a line that only Decade, who has expanded into the world of not only Kamen Rider but also Super Sentai, could say.

One thing I often heard from fans who bought the previous CSM Decade Driver was, "I want a Ride Booker for adults that can be played with the driver as a set!" At the time, only toy products with short blades were available. The balance of the sample sword feels the same as the actual prop (photography prop), so I thought this was perfect. The "K-Touch" that will be sold as a set with the CSM Decade Driver ver.2 also has a different sense of luxury from the previous DX version. It's a quality that goes beyond a toy or a prop, and I think it would be great if they sold a design like this as an actual mobile tool.

In an interview seven years ago, he advised, "Relax and use a smooth action when loading the card into the screwdriver." In the same way, when rotating the screwdriver with the card inserted by 90 degrees with a "click," I want you to be able to do it smoothly and without using force. When I appeared in "Decade," I practiced that "click" about 1,000 times before the first episode. Whether you can get the transformation pose right depends on the number of times you practice. But if you practice too seriously, the card will get bent, so be careful (laughs).

All I can say is "thank you"! I'm grateful to those who are buying this "ver.2" for the first time, but I'm sure there are also some people who already own the "MASKED RIDER DECADE. I would love to see for myself how many people will be impressed by the "CSM Decade Driver ver.2", which has reached even higher quality after seven years.
