■About payment

*Payment is required in full in advance.

*As a general rule, cancellations or changes cannot be made after payment has been made. Thank you for your understanding.

■About receiving your order

Pick-up location: Bellesalle Akihabara B1F merchandise venue

*To receive your pre-purchased items,You will need to present the "2D code for receipt" displayed on one mobile device (including smartphones and tablets).Please note that you cannot receive the product using a two-dimensional code such as a printout or screen capture.

＊There are no plans for delivery at a later date.Please only apply if you are sure you can attend.

*When you pick up your item on the day, we will ask you to provide your identity document to verify your identity.
Please note that we cannot provide the certificate to those who are unable to provide the necessary documents.

*Each person may only collect products once, and must collect all purchased products.

*Please prepare as much "identification document (1)" as possible for identity verification on the day. It may take a long time to verify "identification document (2)."

[For students]

If you are unable to prepare "identification document (1)", we recommend that you use a combination of your "student ID" and "health insurance card".

[For Foreigners]

We recommend that you bring your passport or residence card.

*Copies are not accepted. Please be sure to present the original.

* Your name, address, and date of birth must match what you provided in your application, and all documents must be within their validity period.

*When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please only present the front side (the side with your photo). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your Individual Number printed on it). Please note that the back side of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) will not be seen when verifying your identity.

* Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

*If the name and address on your identity verification document are not up to date, you will need to submit supporting documents as well. Please note that the supporting documents must be issued within the last three months and the name and address must match those provided in your application.

What do I need to receive my order?

The "2D code for receipt" will be issued on your PREMIUM BANDAI My Page around mid-October (feature phones cannot be used)Identification documentsis required.
We cannot hand over the item to anyone who cannot present identification documents. Please be careful when receiving the item.

Can I get a receipt?

A2.

Receipts will not be issued at the venue on the day.
If you pay by "credit card payment (prepayment)" or "Pay-easy payment (prepayment)", no receipt will be issued.
In the case of "Online convenience store payment (prepayment)", the receipt will be issued at the counter where you make the payment.
*If you would like to have the item issued to a name other than the person who placed the order, please contact PREMIUM BANDAI customer service.

Q3.

I purchased it in advance, but I won't be able to make it on the day, so I'd like it delivered.

There is no delivery service available. Please collect your items at the venue during the event.

Will I be able to receive it if I go to the venue on the day?

If your purchase and payment have been completed in advance, you will be able to pick up your tickets during opening hours.
Please note that you may have to wait depending on the time of day. Please note that you will need identification and a smartphone or tablet that can display the 2D code to receive your parcel.

I can't make it on the day, so can I cancel my order?

Please note that after payment is complete, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Can I present the QR code on a feature phone?

Depending on the model, the 2D code may not be readable by a 2D code reader.
