How to apply

・To apply, you must register as a Premium Bandai member (free of charge).
・Please complete the procedure on the product page during the application period for the lottery product you wish to purchase.
・Applications are limited to one item per person.

Notes on application

・You can cancel your lottery application during the application period. Please do so from your My Page. Please check the User Guide for the procedure for canceling your lottery application.
FAQ: "I want to know about [lottery items]"
・We cannot accept cancellations of applications after the application period has ended or cancellations of orders after you have been selected.
・Applications will not be accepted after the application period has ended, or via telephone, fax, letter or email.
・Coupons cannot be used. Please note that regular free shipping coupons that can be used for resale items are not applicable to lottery sales.
・If any of the following conditions apply, your application will be disqualified.
If you cancel your membership before the winners are announced.
If the application and/or registration information contains false information.
Any other case that we deem to be fraudulent.

Winner Announcement

・After the application period ends, the winners will be announced through a strict lottery. Please check the "Shopping Information > Campaign" screen in your My Page.
・The winning announcement date varies depending on the product. Please check the winning announcement date on each product page.
・Winners will be notified of the results via their registered email address. Please note that we will not send an email to unsuccessful applicants.
・If your registered address is a mobile phone or smartphone, please allow emails from "＠p-bandai.jp".
・We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of your selection. Please check the results yourself on your My Page.
- The right to win the prize belongs to the applicant and cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for other money or goods.
・If there are transaction restrictions in place on Premium Bandai, your winning rights will be invalidated even after you have won.

Order acceptance and payment methods

Once your order is confirmed, it will be automatically reflected on your My Page.
The payment method available is "prepayment by credit card."
Once your selection is confirmed, your credit card prepayment will be accepted and debited immediately.
You cannot change the payment method.

・Orders will be shipped to the "home address" registered as a member. If you move after applying, please change your membership registration information by the day before the lottery draw.

・Shipping fees for the winning items will be charged for each order. We cannot combine orders after you have won. Thank you for your understanding.
・You can change your shipping address after you have been selected until the start of shipping preparation. If you wish to change your address, please go to My Page and complete the procedure.

Coupon distribution conditions

One coupon will be given out for every 10,000 yen spent on "Resale Festival" products.
We will contact eligible recipients via email at a later date to inform them of the coupon distribution.
The coupons are scheduled to be distributed in March 2021.
The winning notification email from our company may be sorted into the spam folder or deleted.
Please check your spam settings, domain settings, etc. to ensure that you can receive emails from "@p-bandai.jp". Winners will be notified in March 2021.

・This coupon can be used when ordering products. You can also use this coupon after placing an order from My Page. Please view the order details from "Order History" on My Page and select to use this coupon.
