＜Contents＞
A strange sound echoes through the sky. Those exposed to it faint and eventually disappear.
The expert team "GUTS-SELECT" heads out to investigate, but what awaits them are alien armies that attack one after another, and Professor Gibels, the ruler who distorts the Earth's skies and pilots the jet-black fortress ship "Zolgauss."
As Kanata and the others struggle to transform into ULTRAMAN DECKER, a mysterious woman who knows Gibels suddenly appears before them.
Her name is Dinas, a Lavie alien who uses Dimension Cards to unleash mysterious powers. She joins forces with GUTS-SELECT to confront Gibels's evil schemes, and in her hands she holds the transformation item Kanata lost, the Ultra D Flasher, shining, and her supple body transforms into the new giant of light, Ultraman Dinas!
As a fierce battle unfolds, the ferocious giant body of the "Galactic Imperial Beast Gigalogyza," a beast that distorts the galaxy itself, finally attacks.
