CR-4000 Features of each part

- The body is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is highly impact-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant, and maintains stable performance even under severe temperature changes.
- The distinctive rib pattern of the PROTEX CORE series achieves weight reduction without sacrificing strength, and also serves to protect locks and handles that are prone to severe damage under harsh usage conditions.
The grip handle is made of stainless steel, which is highly durable. When not in use, it self-returns with a coil spring. This allows the handle to naturally position itself inside the ribs, preventing damage.
・The stainless steel rotary catch securely presses the shells together to close them. This, combined with the packing enclosed in the reinforced aluminum frame, prevents water and dust from entering the body. (*Not waterproof.) The grip handle and rotary catch of this model are painted black to give it a more refined appearance.
・This aluminum emblem plate is double anodized, creating a beautiful contrast between two colors. It requires high technical skill to create such a detailed pattern.
・The CR-4000 is a top-of-the-line domestically produced carry container that has been thoroughly designed to be robust. Its distinctive deep ribs not only improve the robustness of the body, but also act to disperse shocks.
- The casters are large-diameter, two-wheel casters with guards for industrial use. With treads and diameters not found on other suitcases, they boast extremely high durability.
・The drive handle was developed exclusively for the CR-4000. It is made of stainless steel, which boasts excellent strength, and has a slim, smart form, but is also strong enough to resist bending even when subjected to impact. In addition, the handle is stored along the convex rib design, so the bottom of the inside of the case is designed to be flat.
・The products are made in Japan, so you can trust them. At Fujikowa Kogyo Co., Ltd.'s Gunma Tamamura Factory, craftsmen assemble each product by hand.

The PROTEX Zeon Forces model is a special edition designed exclusively for this collaboration, from the aluminum emblem plate on the front of the body with the words "PROTECTION FOR PRINCIPALITY OF ZEON MOBILE SUITCASE" engraved in gold to the interior fabric.
The PROTEX CORE CR series combines design and protection with its original ribbed (bumpy) structure, giving it a military feel.
