Winner Announcement

・After the campaign period ends, the winners will be announced after a strict lottery.
Please check the "Shopping Information > Campaigns" screen on your My Page.

・The results will be notified by email only to those who have been selected. (Those who have lost will not be notified by email.)

・Winners will be notified of the exclusive exchange URL for "QUO Card Pay" via their registered email address. Please note that we will not contact unsuccessful applicants via email.

・If your registered address is a mobile phone or smartphone, please make sure you allow emails from "＠p-bandai.jp" in advance.

If you have your email settings set to reject emails containing URL links, you may not receive the winning email, so please make sure to disable this setting in advance.

We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of the lottery. Please check the results yourself on your My Page.

About using QUO Card Pay

・Please note that "QUO Card Pay" has a validity period of one year from the date of issue. (The validity period is until May 16, 2023.)

・"QUO Card Pay" is a prepaid payment method that uses a barcode displayed on the screen of a smartphone. It cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones or tablets.

・If you lose the Value Code URL that we sent to you, we cannot reissue the Value Code URL. Please make sure that you can access the Value Code URL by bookmarking it or saving it in an email until your balance becomes zero.

・If you save the value code in the app, the value code URL will not be required.

・"QUO Card Pay" is a different service from the card-type QUO card. It may not be available at card-type QUO card member stores, and the balance of the card-type QUO card cannot be transferred or charged.

・QUO CARD Co., Ltd. cannot accept inquiries regarding this campaign.

・"QUO Card Pay" or "QUO Card Pay" and their logos are registered trademarks of QUO Card Co., Ltd.

Notes after application

・If any of the following conditions apply, your application will be disqualified.

If you cancel your membership before the winner is announced

If the application, registration information or order details contain false information

Any other case that the Company considers to be fraudulent

- The right to win belongs to the applicant and cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for other money or goods.

・If there are transaction restrictions in place on Premium Bandai, your winning rights will be invalidated even after you have won.

・If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other activity that we deem inappropriate, your winnings may be void.

・The content of this campaign may be changed without notice if we deem it necessary to ensure proper operation.

・Please note that you may not be able to apply for the campaign due to system maintenance, etc.

・If the Company determines that it is difficult to carry out or continue this campaign due to system failure or malfunction caused by unauthorized access, etc., or other unavoidable circumstances, the Company may cancel this campaign.
