Thank you very much for always using PREMIUM BANDAI.
In order to ensure fairer sales and transactions, we will be making some changes to PREMIUM BANDAI membership terms and conditions as detailed below.

■ Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 2 Membership Registration
1. Those who wish to become members can apply for membership from the member registration page of this service in accordance with the method separately specified by our company, and obtain one member ID free of charge per person. In addition, registration will be approved upon receipt of an email from our company notifying you of the completion of registration. Please note that it may take some time for registration to be completed.
2. We may refuse to approve or cancel your membership registration if any of the following items apply:If necessary, we may ask you to verify your application details or membership registration information using official proof (My Number card, driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.).
(1) If it is discovered that the applicant has previously been subject to cancellation of membership registration or other penalties due to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
(2) If the application for membership contains information that is contrary to the facts
(3) If you are unable to provide official proof
(4) If the Company determines that the User is using or attempting to use the Service for commercial or resale purposes.
(5) If the Company determines that you have some kind of interaction or involvement with anti-social forces (gang groups, gang members, gang associates, gang-related companies, corporate racketeers, social activists, political activists, special intelligence violent groups, or persons who have close ties with any of the above persons or persons equivalent thereto).
(6) Any other case in which we deem it inappropriate to approve your registration application.

■ Chapter 4 Others
Article 17 Suspension of Use of the Service, Cancellation of Membership Registration, and Deletion of Points
1. If a Member falls under any of the following items, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Member's use of the Service without prior notice to the Member.(This includes canceling your purchase order and terminating your sales contract), we may cancel your membership registration or cancel all or some of your points.
(1) Article 2 (Membership Registration)When any of the items in paragraph 2 apply If it is discovered that you have been subject to disciplinary measures such as cancellation of your membership registration in the past due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
(2) If there is a delay in payment of fees or other obligations related to the Service, or if there is other non-performance
(3) If any of the acts described in Article 18 (Prohibited Acts) is committed.
(4) If you have not used the Service for more than one year
(5) Any other violation of these Terms and Conditions or any rules stipulated separately.
2. If your membership registration is canceled pursuant to the preceding paragraph, you will no longer be able to use the Service.


Starting Tuesday, September 28, 2021, the revised terms and conditions will apply regardless of whether or not you press the "Agree" button.
