During the year-end and New Year holidays, there is a risk of delays due to distribution concentration and traffic congestion.
About all productsWe cannot accept delivery date requests on the following dates:
Friday, December 20, 2024 - Wednesday, December 25, 2024
Saturday, December 28, 2024 - Thursday, January 9, 2025

We cannot accept delivery date requests from Friday, December 20, 2024 to Wednesday, December 25, 2024, or from Saturday, December 28, 2024 to Thursday, January 9, 2025.

☆ Regarding inquiries during the New Year holiday period
We will not be accepting inquiries by phone from Saturday, December 28, 2024 to Sunday, January 5, 2025 due to the New Year holidays.
During the above period, we will continue to accept inquiries via the "Inquiry Form" as usual.
We will respond to your inquiries in the order they are received, starting from Monday, January 6, 2025.
Please note that it will take longer than usual for us to respond to your inquiry.
