This cake is inspired by the striking red earth that appears in the film "Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo," which was released in November 2012!
The 5th edition of "Character Food" "EVANGELION Cake"! The fifth cake, following the "NERV Headquarters Cake" (2010), "Angel Roll Cake" (2011), "Moon Cake & Nagisa Kaworu" (2012), and "Angel Cake & Shikinami Asuka Langley" (2012), is a cake inspired by the striking red earth that appears in the film, "Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo." The No. 4 size round cake has strawberry-flavored white chocolate sprayed on the surface to express the color and texture of the desolate red ground in the distance. Chocolate slabs and pellets are embedded here and there on the cake to express the image of rubble, and you can enjoy accents of taste and texture. The cake is a layer of strawberry mousse with red raspberry jam on top of a cocoa sponge, giving it a not-too-sweet "adult taste." Additionally, special items include a figure of "Ayanami Rei (tentative name)" in a black plug suit and a metal scythe. The figure is part of the "PORTRAITS" candy toy series that has been running since 2007, and is an adapted version of the figure from "Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo PORTRAITS f (Forte)" with a slightly different pose. The figure and scythe can be displayed on the stand. This item can be enjoyed as part of your collection along with previous "EVANGELION Cake" series figures, metal knives, forks, etc. This product is scheduled to be delivered in December as a cake for the Christmas season.
