Applications made through the official PREMIUM BANDAI app may result in an error, so please apply from a PC or smartphone browser.
To apply, you must register as PREMIUM BANDAI member (free of charge).

■Sales method
This product will be sold by lottery. Please apply within the period according to the method below. Only cash on delivery will be accepted at the time of application.
After you win, but before the product is shipped, you can change to credit card or Yahoo! Wallet payment on your My Page.Learn more*WEB convenience store payment and NP deferred payment are not available.
■About cancellations
Depending on the customer's convenience after application
No cancellations are accepted.Please be aware of this in advance.
■Notification of results
As a result of a strict lottery,
Only successful applicants will be notified by email by the end of March 2015 after the application deadline.We will contact you.
Please note that we do not accept confirmation of results by phone or fax.
■About using premium pointsPlease note that premium points cannot be used for this product.
■About shipping of products
Products will be delivered to the address you registered with PREMIUM BANDAI. Since we will deliver to the address registered at the end of the application period, if you move after applying, please change your registered address by 23:59 on March 20, 2015, the application deadline.
Shipping of products is limited to addresses within Japan.
We cannot accept requests for specific shipping dates.
The product will be packed and shipped in a cardboard box. The cardboard box is not the product packaging, but a box for protecting the product. Please note that even if the cardboard box is scratched or crushed, we cannot exchange the product or box only if the product is not damaged.
■About shipping fees for reshipping products
Please note that if we need to reship your order due to your extended absence or relocation of the delivery location, you will be charged an additional shipping fee. The shipping fee will be added to the regular product price (reshipping fee: 860 yen (tax included) nationwide per product).
Please note that if you have not notified us of your change of address and your order has already been shipped, you may be charged a separate reshipping fee.
The right to win the prize belongs to the winner and cannot be transferred or exchanged for other money or goods. For personal information collected when applying, please refer to the "Membership Terms and Conditions" and "Personal Information Protection Policy" within PREMIUM BANDAI.
