■ Winning notification regarding Kamen Rider Gaim's visit・After a strict lottery, the winners will be contacted by phone from the campaign office after the campaign ends by Wednesday, December 18th.
The phone number we will contact you by will be the number registered in your PREMIUM BANDAI membership information as of 23:59 on Tuesday, December 10th.
If you have previously registered as a member but your phone number has changed due to moving or other reasons, we ask that you change it during the campaign period.
・The visit of Kamen Rider Gaim will be decided during the period from Thursday, December 19th, 2013 to Wednesday, December 25th, 2013, taking into consideration the convenience of the winner and related parties.
The visit will take place between 10:00 and 17:00 on the day of your visit and is expected to last approximately 20 minutes.
If for any reason you are unable to visit within this period, we will reschedule the visit for the period from Thursday, December 26th, 2013 to Friday, January 31st, 2014 (excluding Saturday, December 28th to Saturday, January 4th).
Please note that if you are unable to visit within this period, your winnings will be void.
・In the event of an earthquake or other unforeseen incident, Kamen Rider Gaim's visit may be canceled at short notice.
We will contact you separately in such cases, so please understand.
・Please note that during Kamen Rider Gaim's visit, photographs may be taken and may be posted on the PREMIUM BANDAI web page at a later date in the form of a report page or similar.

■Kamen Rider Gaim Christmas CardAfter the campaign period ends, prizes will be shipped to the home address registered with PREMIUM BANDAI by Friday, December 20th, 2013.
Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within Japan. We cannot accept requests for specific shipping dates.
If you move after applying, please change your registered address on your My Page by Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
