■How to apply
During the campaign period, please apply using the application Form on your PC, mobile phone or smartphone.
To apply, you must register as PREMIUM BANDAI member (free of charge).
*Those who have already registered as PREMIUM BANDAI members can also apply.
* Only one application per person.
*If any application or registration information is false or is deemed fraudulent, the applicant will be disqualified.

■Notes regarding application
Those who register as PREMIUM BANDAI members and apply by 23:59 on Monday, October 22, 2012 are eligible for the campaign.
Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.
*Bandai employees and related parties are not eligible to apply.

■ Winner Announcement
After the campaign period ends, we will hold a rigorous lottery and contact the winners via their registered email address by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2012.
*If you are using a mobile phone, please allow emails from "＠p-bandai.jp".

■ Regarding prize delivery
After the campaign period ends, prizes will be shipped to the home address registered with PREMIUM BANDAI by Friday, October 26th, 2012.
Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within Japan. We cannot accept requests for specific shipping dates.
If you move after applying, please change your registered address on your My Page by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2012.
*Transportation costs and accommodation fees to the theater will be borne by the winner.
*Please note that if you are unable to collect your prize within the storage period due to absence or other reasons, you will lose your right to win. Please also note that we cannot accept requests to change the delivery address or redelivery.
