King Ghidorah 60th Anniversary!! From the "Movie Monster Series" comes the original King GhidorahNow available in soft vinyl in the "mysterious color" version!! Product Description The "Movie Monster Series" of soft vinyl figures is popular for its realistic design and coloring, and now the "King Ghidorah (1964) Mysterious Color Ver." is now available! Based on King Ghidorah (1964) from the film The Great Battle of Earth, this figure has been miraculously recreated in the three-color version that is said to have existed when the film was first made! As a special item celebrating the 60th anniversary of King Ghidorah, we will be making a soft vinyl product of the original King Ghidorah, which first appeared in Godzilla Series, in a mysterious color known only to a few. ＜Modeling＞ In order to recreate the power of King Ghidorah facing off against Godzilla, it has been sculpted in large size, with a total height of approximately 200mm and a total length of approximately 265mm. It has been recreated with attention to detail, such as its large, gently curving wings and three necks, each with its own facial expression. ＜Details＞ In order to recreate the characteristics of the original Kingdra and the image unique to this coloring, we pursued detailed reproduction in both the shape and coloring. ・Large Wings The large wings feature a distinctive color scheme and are painted in a vivid three-color gradient. ·face The three-headed face that symbolizes King Ghidorah is sculpted with different expressions on each head, recreating the opening and closing of the mouth and different angles. ·abdomen The abdomen is painted with a brush to accentuate the shadows of the finely sculpted scales. What is King Ghidorah (1964)? A super space monster that appeared in the 1964 film "The Great Battle of Earth." It is said to have such destructive power that it destroyed modern civilization. In the film, it awakens from a meteorite that fell on Japan, and engages in a fierce battle with the three great monsters Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan. There is an anecdote that in the early stages of production, there was a three-color version of King Ghidorah that was mainly navy blue, and this product reproduces that coloring.
