In other words, Katsushika Hokusai said that if he had five more years he would be able to master the true essence of painting. Hokusai's final masterpiece, "Dragon Over Mt. Fuji." This painting, in which a dragon rides on a black cloud from Mount Fuji and ascends to the heavens, depicts the great artist Hokusai ascending to the heavens after accomplishing his career as an artist. This design pays homage to Hokusai and celebrates his achievements as an artist. The finality of the "Last Shooting" and The design is intended to evoke a sense of accomplishment. The work is by Japanese painter Akira Shiozaki, who has reconstructed the Japanese style.
