Applications are limited to one per person.
Please note that we cannot accept applications received after the application period or by phone, fax, letter, etc.
■ Application requirements
As the prize is limited to 30 people, a lottery will be held. It is not on a first-come-first-served basis.Reservation of the product is a prerequisiteFirst, please reserve the product and then apply within the period.
■About cancellations
Please note that we will not accept cancellations for any reason after you have submitted your application.

■Notification of results

■ Regarding prize delivery
The prize will be delivered to the address you registered with PREMIUM BANDAI. Since it will be delivered to the address registered at the end of the application period, if you move after applying, please change your registered address by the end of the application period.
Shipping of products is limited to addresses within Japan.
We cannot accept requests for specific shipping dates.
The product will be shipped in packaging material. Due to the nature of the prize, shipping may be delayed.Prizes are not exchangeableThank you for your understanding.
■About shipping fees for prize reshipment
Please note that if we need to reship your prize due to your extended absence or relocation of the delivery location, you will be charged an additional shipping fee. (Reshipment fee: 840 yen (tax included) nationwide per prize).
Please note that if you have not notified us of your change of address and your order has already been shipped, you may be charged a separate reshipping fee.
